This article will explain how to Activate or Deactivate Users. Once Users are deactivated they no longer have the capability to login.

Quick Look:
Deactivate Users
- Start at "Settings" > Select "Web/Tablet Users"
- Click on "Username"
- At "Status" field > select "Inactive"
- Click "Save"
Activate Users
- Start at "Settings" > Select "Web/Tablet Users"
- Click on "Username"
- At "Status" field > select "Active"
- Click "Save"
Deactivate Users:
1. Beginning at Settings, select Web/Tablet Users.
2. Now that you're in the User screen, select the Username by clicking directly on that row, this will open the Edit User function.
3. Once you're in the Edit User screen, click the Status drop-down and select the Inactive status option.
4. Click the Save button when you're finished.
Activate Users:
1. Repeat steps 1 and 2 as described above in Deactivating Users.
2. Once you're in the Edit User screen, click the Status drop-down and select the Active status option.
3. Click the Save button when you're finished.
