This article will explain how to capture Signatures once vehicles are Picked Up or Delivered.
The steps used in this article are from the Pickup standpoint of a Trip. However, the same steps are used if you are in the Pickup or Delivery process of a Trip.

Quick Look:
- All vehicles loaded: "Loading Completed" > Tap "Yes"
- "Terms of Service" > Tap "OK"
- Enter Customer Name and Email > Tap "Customer Signature" button
- Customer Signs > Tap "Save"
- "Notice: Delivery Customer Signature Saved" > Tap "OK"
Capturing Signatures
1. Once vehicles are loaded, the Are you ready to sign window appears, tap Yes.
2. Tap the check-mark box to agree to the Terms of Service, then click the OK button.
3. Enter the Customer Name and Email address (if not populated), then tap the Customer Signature button.
4. Customer signs directly onto the screen at Pickup Signature line. Tap" Save" to save the signature, or tap "Clear" to clear the signature.
5. Notice window appears confirming Signatures are saved, tap OK button.
Tip: If at anytime you exit the Workflow after completing your Delivery/Pickup and have not yet captured Signatures, click on the "Sign" button, this will take you to the Signature screen in order to capture and save the signatures.
