Type Free-form Exceptions for a VIN

This article will explain how to store Exceptions for any Damage Markups/Details for POV moves only, by Free-form typing. This Exceptions area is designated for notes from Drivers only.

Important Note: Everything typed into Exceptions WILL appear and print on the BOL.

Quick Look:

• From Pickup/Delivery screen > Tap Pickup or Delivery
• Tap "Arrive" > Tap on VIN
• Tap "Exceptions" > Enter Exceptions >Tap "Save"
• At "Notice" tap "OK"

Free-form Exceptions for POV Moves

1. From the Trip Pickup/Delivery screen, select Pickup or Delivery.

2. Tap the Arrive button.

3. Tap on VIN.

4. Tap on the Exceptions button.

5. Exceptions window appears, tap on window and enter notes, tap Save when done.

6. Exception is Saved, tap OK.
