Scan a VIN to Update it

This article will explain how to scan a VIN upon Pickup to update it. Please note, we prevent you from doing this on OEM Pickups.

Quick Look:

• From Pickup/Delivery screen > Tap on Pickup line
• Tap "Arrive" > Tap on VIN
• Tap "Load" > Tap "Scan VIN"
• Scan VIN > "Save"

Scan VIN to Update

1. Begin at the Trip Pickup/Delivery screen, tap on Pickup.

2. Tap on the Arrive button.

3. Tap on the VIN you're Picking up.

4. Tap on the Load button.

5. Tap on the Scan VIN button.

6. The Scanner opens, align the red line along the entire VIN bar-code to scan.

Tip: Tapping "Orientation" (at the bottom) will disable the orientation while using the scanner.

7. VIN is now updated. Tap the Save button to save.

a. Continue the Loading process as usual.
