This article will explain the optional feature of storing a Driver signature. You must contact our office in order to turn this feature on.
Once this feature is on, the Driver's signature is on file permanently, discontinuing the need to sign each time a signature is needed.
The Driver and Dispatcher will still have the ability to view or clear the signature if and when needed.
Quick Look:
To Add Signature
- Contact ADR > 760-267-9040
- Request Stored Driver Signature feature
- You will sign once
- Signature is on file permanently
Drivers Clear Signature
- From Mobile App > Tap on Settings >Tap on "Clear Stored Signature"
Dispatchers Clear Signature
- From Settings > Select "Web/Tablet Users"
- Select Driver
- Tap on "View"
- Tap on "Delete"
Driver's Clear Signature
1. Tap on Settings.
2. Tap on the Clear Stored Signature button.
Dispatcher's Clear Signature
1. Go to Settings, select Web/Tablet Users.
2. Select Driver by clicking on the checkbox.
3. Click on Signature View button.
4. Click on the Delete button.
