This article will explain how to use the System Help feature. The System Help button is one of the buttons located at the top of your screen. It is helpful to use when you have a question or need more details on any system related topic.
The Help feature (Question Mark button
) will route you to the GoPhore Help Center, where you can navigate through different Sections, Articles and Helps for both the GoPhore Web Portal and GoPhore Mobile App.
Quick Look:
- Click on the "System Help" button
- You are routed to the Help Desk
- Select "GoPhore Web Portal", "GoPhore Mobile App" or "GoPhore Tracking"
- Search all portals simultaneously from main screen "Search field"
- Click on Portal > Search using "Search field"
- Locate the Section/Article
System Help
1. Access the Help feature by simply clicking on the Help button located at the top of your main screen.
a. You are routed directly to the Help Desk in a new tab.
From here you can perform a universal search, searching the GoPhore Web Portal, GoPhore Mobile App and GoPhore Tracking simultaneously.
2. To Search the GoPhore Web Portal, GoPhore Mobile App or GoPhore Tracking "simultaneously" use the first Search window of the main screen. Enter a word or phrase and press Enter on your keyboard.
a. As you begin to type the key word/phrase Top Articles results begin to display:
3. The search results (after pressing Enter on your keyboard) will display the Articles , (in a larger bold/blue font) containing the search word/phrase you entered. Each result will also contain which portal it was found in:
- Click on the Article you would like to read about.
- Scroll up and down on the page to view all results
4. To Search specifically in either the Web Portal, Mobile App or Tracking, click directly on that field.
5. Once you're in the Portal (in this example Web Portal), you can search or access topics from several different places in each of those sections.
Each portal contains Sections per topic, each of those Sections contain Articles pertaining to that Section topic.
- Search Box: Located in upper right, search by word or phrase
- Section: Appear in bold, larger font above Articles. Click on Section to access/search that Section only.
- Article: located right below each Section. Click on Article to access/search that Article only.
This completes the steps on how to access and navigate through the System Help.
