This article will explain how to use the Notes and Dispatcher Notes Tabs. Both tabs discussed in this article, are essentially communication tabs for you to communicate Notes to your driver and for your own personal Notes to save for a specific customer.
Regardless whether you are "Editing" or "Adding" a New Customer, this information is relevant. Once a New Customer is created, any information stored can always be Edited.

Quick Look:
Notes Tab
- Access "Customer Entry" > Click on "Notes" tab
- Type in Notes, click "Save"
Dispatcher Notes Tab
- Access "Customer Entry" > Click on "Dispatcher Notes" tab
- Type in Notes > click "Save"
- Everything you enter into the Notes tab are viewable to you and to your Driver. These Notes will appear in the Drivers app when they arrive at a pickup destination or upon delivery.
- The Dispatcher Notes tab are viewable to the Dispatcher only. These Dispatcher Notes will not appear anywhere else for anyone to see except the Dispatcher.
Notes Tab
1. Beginning with Customer Entry, select the Notes tab, type in the Notes you would like your driver to see, click the Save button when done.

2. Your Drivers View - The Notes from Notes tab are viewable to your driver, in their Notes section. Mobile App view:
Dispatcher Notes Tab
1. Beginning with Customer Entry, select the Dispatcher Notes tab, type in the Notes you would like to store, click the Save button when done.
