The overall concept of this section is to explain the concept of our Customer Service Communication Layer (CSCL), which provides a layer of customer service to your clients that is automated.
This feature allows you to automate sending Notifications and ePODS to your Customers by adding their emails to receive notifications on certain events specified by you. You also have the option to automate these notifications to one specific BOL.
Once your Customers are set up, they will receive notifications of your actions via Email, Email fields are not required fields and can be edited.
