This article will explain in-depth steps of the "More Info" tab of the Customer Entry window.
Regardless whether you are "Editing" or "Adding" a New Customer, this information is relevant. Once a New Customer is created, any information stored can always be Edited.

Quick Look:
- Start at "Daily Work" > Select "Dispatching"
- Click "Customer Entry" button > Select the "More Info" tab
- Check/Uncheck choices > Enter Net days
- Click "Save" button
More Info Tab
1. Beginning at Daily Work select Dispatching.
2. Click on the Customer Entry button.
3. Customer Entry window is open, click on the More Info tab:
a. Is an OEM ?: (This is unchecked by default) If the Customer is an OEM, click on the check box. If this is Non-OEM, leave the box unchecked.
b. Pickup Signature Required?: (This is checked by default) If a Pickup signature is required, leave the box checked , if Signature is not required un-check the box.
c. Delivery Signature Required?: (This is checked by default) If a Delivery signature is required leave the box checked, if there is not a Delivery signature required, un-check the box.
d. Contactless Pickup?: If a Contactless Pickup is required, check the box, if not leave unchecked.
e. Contactless Delivery?: If a Contactless Delivery is required, check the box, if not leave unchecked.
f. Separate Contactless Info When Signing?: If this is checked the signing page will only show pickup or delivery information. If it is unchecked it will show the Driver both pickup and delivery information.
g. Net days: This field indicates how many days this customer has available to pay. This number will default the Net terms on the BOL every time that Customer is selected. Type in the Number of days.
h. Customer Status: This field indicates what Status your Customer is in. Select a status - Active, Inactive, Has balance or Has warning.
i. Default billto: If you would like this customers Billto defaulted to a different Customer/Customer Entry on every BOL, then select that Customer from the drop-down arrow or use the "Lookup" button to filter and find the default billto Customer.
j. Parent: If you would like a Parent customer defaulted on every BOL, then select that Parent customer from the drop-down arrow or use the "Lookup" button to filter and find the Parent customer.
k. Bill Parent: If you would like the Parent customer (from item j above) to also be billed by default as the Bill parent on every BOL, then click the checkbox. If not, leave the box unchecked.
4. Click the Save button to save all the information you have entered.
a. Confirmation the information was saved for your customer appears in the upper right corner of your screen:
