This article will explain how to access existing Customers in order to Edit any information. There are several places where you can access and Edit a Customer from, they are: Dispatching/Customer Entry, Settings/Customer Entry and Dispatching/BOL these are all described below.

Quick Look:
Dispatching/Customer Entry
- Start at "Daily Work" > Select "Dispatching"
- Click on "Customer Entry" button > "Edit Customer" field
- Search for Customer > Select customer
- Click on tab you need > Edit information
- Click "Save"
Settings/Customer Entry
- Start at "Settings" > Select "Customer Entry"
- Locate and click on Customer
- Edit information
- Click "Save"
Dispatching/BOL
- Start at "Daily Work" > Select "Dispatching"
- Locate and hover over BOL > Click on "Edit"
- Click on the "Addresses" bar > Click "Edit"
- Edit information
- Click "Save"
From Dispatching/Customer Entry
1. Beginning with Daily Work, select Dispatching.
2. Click on the "Customer Entry" button.
3. From "Customer Entry", go to the "Edit Customer" field.
4. Select the existing Customer by either typing in the customer's name, or by using the drop-down arrow. Once you locate the customer click on the customer to Edit.
5. Now that you have selected the customer, click on the tab you need to access, then go ahead and begin to edit information. Finish by clicking on the Save button.

From Settings/Customer Entry
1. Beginning with Settings select Customer Entry.
2. From here locate the Customer by either scrolling through Customers using the scroll bar on the far right, or select a page, by clicking on the page number or arrows.

3. Once you locate the Customer, click directly on the customer row.
4. The Edit Customer window opens, where you can edit information from any tab, once you are done, click the Save button.
From Dispatching/BOL
1. Beginning with Daily Work, select Dispatching.
2. From the BOLs tab, locate and hover over the BOL you are using, click the Edit button.
3. The BOL is now in the Order Entry screen, click on the Addresses bar.
4. The Addresses window is now expanded, click on the Edit button of the Customer you need to Edit.
5. Proceed by editing information from any tab, when you are done, click the Save button.
