This article will explain how to use the Exceptions button. The Exceptions button allows free-form notes to be stored for Damage Markups and is available for NON-OEM Pickup/Deilveries only. For OEM Pickup/Deliveries please use the "OEM Notes/Codes" Button.
Quick Look:
- From Pickup or Delivery > Tap on VIN
- Tap "Exceptions" button
- Enter comments > Tap "Save"
- Tap "OK"
Exceptions Button
1. You are at arrival for your Delivery location, (the same steps apply for Pickup). Tap on a VIN.
2. Now tap on the Exceptions button.
3. Type in necessary comments, then tap the Save button.
4. The Exceptions are Saved, tap on the OK button.
