This article will explain how to access and use the Help button feature, which directs you right over to our Mobile App Web Portal. You will be able to access and search any article directly from your device.
In the event you are not able to find the information you are looking for, you may send your question directly to us from the same page.

Help Button:
- From Pickup/Delivery > Tap "Help ?"
- Search our website for the information needed
- Tap the "?" in the green circle to ask a question
- Tap the "-" (hyphen) in upper right corner to return to web
Help Button
1. From the Pickup/Delivery screen, tap the Help button.
2. You are directed to our Mobile App Web Portal, search the website for the information you are in need of or scroll up and down to view and select any article.
3. If you are unable to locate the information you need, tap on the question mark in the green circle.
4. Type in your question then tap the return button on your keyboard.
