This article will explain how to remove a VIN from a stop. In this article we will be explaining this process from a Pickup stand point. The same steps apply if a VIN needs to be removed in the Delivery process.
Alert: The VIN removed will create an "Actionable Item" in Dispatch and also replace the VIN back to its tab in Dispatch, whether it was POV or an OEM VIN.
Quick Look:
- Pickup/Delivery screen > Tap on Pickup or Delivery
- Tap "Arrive"
- Tap on VIN > Tap "Remove"
- Enter Reason/Comments
- Tap "Yes"
- "VIN Removal Completed" > Tap "OK"
Remove a VIN from a Stop
1. Begin at Trip Pickup/Delivery screen, select Pickup or Delivery.
2. Tap on the Arrive button.
3. Tap on the VIN you need to remove.
4. Tap on the Remove button.
4. Tap on Reason field then select reason from the drop-down menu.
5. Tap the Yes button to remove VIN.
6. Tap the OK button on VIN Removal Completed notice.
