How do I Know When Charges are Due?

This article explains how to know when Charges are due to be picked up on Delivery or Pickup, and how to access the amount of those Charges.

Note: Dispatch tells the app whether money is due at pickup or delivery.

 Quick Look:

• Pickup/Delivery screen > Tap Pickup or Delivery
• Tap "Arrive" > Read Stop Notes, etc. (if any) tap "OK"
• Tap "Charges"  button 
• View Total Charges > Tap "OK"

When Charges are Due

1. Beginning at Pickup/Delivery, tap on Pickup or Delivery.

2. Tap on the Arrive button.

3. If any, read Inspection or Stop Notes, tap check-box then tap OK button.

4. Tap on the Charges button.

Indicator: Only when Charges are due will the Charges button dollar symbol ($) appear in RED.

5. The Charges window reflects the Total Charges due, tap the OK button.
