Move Pools

This article will explain how to use the Move Pools button located on the Dispatch button bar. The Move Pools button moves either VINs, BOLs or Trips from one Pool to another. You must have more than one pool setup for this to apply.

Note: This is moving an item from the current pool you are in, into another one.

 

Quick Look:

• From "Daily Work" > select "Dispatching"
• Click "Move Pools" button > "Item type to Move" field > select Item
• "New pool" field > select New Pool
• "Item to move" field > select item
• Click "Save"
  

Move Pools

1. Beginning at Daily Work, select Dispatching to access the display button bar.

2. Click on the Move Pools button.

a. This opens the Move Pools window:

 

3. Now, click the drop-down arrow at the Item type to move field, then select the item.

 

4. Next, click the drop-down arrow at the New pool field, then select the New pool.

5. Last, click the drop-down arrow at the Item to move field, then select the Item.

6. Finally, click the Save button to save the moved item to the New Pool.
