Upload BOL pdf

This article will explain how to use the Upload BOL pdf button, located on the Dispatch button bar. The Upload BOL pdf button allows you to import Central Dispatch and 1Dispatch Loads directly into GoPhore.

The Uploaded Order will create a BOL in our system. If the customer already exists, GoPhore will find it, if the customer is not in GoPhore, it will create the Customer.

Important: You must download the file in pdf format and it must be from Central Dispatch or 1Dispatch. 

 

Quick Look:

• Start at "Daily Work" > select" Dispatching"
• Click "Upload BOL pdf" button
• Click Drop-down > select "Source"
• Select File
• Upload

1. Beginning with Daily Work, select Dispatching to access the button bar.

2. Click on the Upload BOL pdf button.

3. Click on the drop-down, then select the source you are using.

4. Click on the "Select file" button to access which file you will upload.

5. Click the "Upload" button to upload.
