This article will explain the functionality of the Order Search button that appears on the button bar in Dispatching. The purpose of the Order Search button is to have the ability to search for an Order(s) using different variables.
Quick Look:
- Start at "Daily Work" > Select "Dispatching"
- Click "Order Search" button
- Enter your Search variables
- Click Submit
Order Search Button
1. Beginning at Daily Work, select Dispatching.
2. Click on the Order Search button.
3. Begin your search by using one or more of the Search options in the Search window. Each are described below:
3a. This first column consists of the general Search Options in the window:
a. BOL Number: Use the BOL number
b. SBOL Number: Use the Shipper Bill of Lading
c. Created By: Use the sign-on name of who created the BOL
d. Created From: Use a beginning Date the BOL(s) were created
e. Created Through: Use an ending Date the BOL(s) were created
f. Status: Use the drop-down arrow to select the status the BOL is in - All, Ready, Dispatched, In Transit, Delivered, or Cancelled
g. Estimated Pickup From: Use an Estimated Pickup From date entered into the BOL(s)
h. Estimated Pickup Through: Use an Estimated Pickup Through date entered into the BOL(s)
i. Estimated Delivery From: Use an Estimated Delivery From date entered into the BOL(s)
j. Estimated Delivery Through: Use an Estimated Delivery Through date entered into the BOL(s)
k. Payment: Use the Payment Type entered into the BOL(s) - All, Prepaid, Cash on Pickup, Cash on Delivery, On Account or No Charge.
l. Auction Code: Use the Auction Code used in the BOL(s)
m. Auction Type: Use the Auction Type entered into the BOL(s)
n. Vehicle Payment Status: Use the Vehicle Payment Status entered into the BOL(s)
3b. The second column consists of Shipper Search Options:
a. Shipper: Use Shipper Name, any portion of the Name or select name by using the drop-down
b. Address: Use Shipper Street Address or any portion of the Address
c. City: Use Shipper City or any portion of the City
d. State: Use Shipper State, any portion of the State or select State by using the drop-down
e. Phone Number: Use Shipper Phone Number or any portion of the Number
f. Zip Code: Use Shipper Zip code or any portion of the Zip
3c. The third column consists of Consignee Search Options:
a. Consignee: Use Consignee Name, any portion of the Name or select name by using the drop-down
b. Address: Use Shipper Street Address or any portion of the Address
c. City: Use Consignee City or any portion of the City
d. State: Use Consignee State, any portion of the State or select State by using the drop-down
e. Phone Number: Use Consignee Phone Number or any portion of the Number
f. Zip Code: Use Consignee Zip code or any portion of the Zip
3d. The fourth column consists of Billto Search Options:
a. Consignee: Use Billto Name, any portion of the Name or select name by using the drop-down
b. Address: Use Billto Street Address or any portion of the Address
c. City: Use Billto City or any portion of the City
d. State: Use Billto State, any portion of the State or select State by using the drop-down
e. Phone Number: Use Billto Phone Number or any portion of the Number
f. Zip Code: Use Billto Zip code or any portion of the Zip
4. Select how you would like to Sort the search by and in which Order, click Submit when finished.
a. Sort by: Use to Sort by BOL Created date, BOL number, BOL Origin or BOL Destination
b. Order: Use Which Order you want the Search returned: Descending or Ascending
