This article will explain how you can Add Users to GoPhore.
Note: The ability to use this feature is only available to Admins.
Quick Look:
- From "Settings" > Select "Web/Tablet Users"
- Click "Create User" button
- Add Username, Email, Password, Role, etc.
- Click "Save" button
Adding Users
1. Begin at Settings and select Web/Tablet Users.
2. Begin by clicking on the Create User button located at the bottom right of the window.
3. Type in the Username that you would like to use for this User, their Email address, their Password and their Role (the only Role that generates more field options is the Driver Role, see step b for details).
Note: Passwords are case sensitive.
Alert: The Email address will be needed if the User forgets their password.
b. When selecting Driver as User Role, continue to populate the additional fields:
- Select the Carrier, Equipment 1 and Equipment 2 by using the drop-down in each of those fields (these fields are optional).
- Type in the Drivers actual name in the Name field and their Cell Phone number in the Cell Phone field.
4. Click the Save button to finish and store the User.
