View VIN Information

This article will explain how you can View detailed VIN Information conveniently in one screen. VIN Information is easily accessible from two different locations, both are described below.

Quick Look:

VIN Information from VIN Dashboard

• Start at "Dashboard" > Select "VIN Dashboard"
• Select VIN
• Click "View VIN info" button
• Click "Close" to exit

 VIN Information from BOL Edit Screen

• Start at "Daily Work" > Select "Dispatching"
• From "BOLs" Tab > Hover over BOL > Click on "Edit"
  
• Order Entry window > Click on VIN
• Click "Edit VIN" button
• View VIN Info > Click close button to exit

VIN Information from VIN Dashboard

1. Beginning at Dashboard, select VIN Dashboard.

2. Select the VIN you want to View Information from.

3. Now click on the View VIN info button located at the bottom of the page.

4. The VIN Info window opens.

a. Click on the Close button to exit the screen.

View VIN Information from BOL Edit Screen

1. Beginning at Daily Work, select Dispatching.

2. From the Loads tab, hover over the BOL and click on Edit button.

3. You are now in BOL Edit mode, from Order Entry screen, click on the VIN.

4. Click on the Edit VIN button, located at the bottom right of screen.

5. Within the VIN Edit window, three tabs contain VIN information: VIN Info tab, More Details tab, OEM Info tab and Charges tab. Select a tab to View the information.

a. Click on the close button located in the upper right corner of the window when finished.
