The purpose of this article is to explain what the different Status Colors on BOLs represent.
These Status Colors are viewable on each BOL from the Loads Tab in your Dispatching work queue, in addition the Status Legend bar keeps an active running count of each status.

Quick Look:
- From "Daily Work" > Select "Dispatching" > See "Legend" Bar
- From "BOLs" Tab > BOLs (Status Colors along left side of each BOL)
- Orange/Ready: Created and ready for any action
- Purple/Dispatched: Dispatched onto a Trip
- Green/In Transit: Actively in Transit with Driver
- Maroon/At Split: In an At Split status
- Blue/Delivered: Delivered per your Driver
- Red/Cancelled: Cancelled
Different Status Colors
1. To locate the Status Legend bar, start at Daily Work, then select Dispatching.
2. The Status Legend bar is located across the top of the Dispatching work queue:
a. Each Status keeps a running count of how many BOLs are presently in each Status:
3. At the BOLs tab, the Status Color appears alongside the left of each BOL in the BOLs tab.
4. Status Colors and their meaning:
- Orange / Ready - BOLs that are created and Ready for any action to occur and are not yet assigned onto a Trip.
- Purple / Dispatched - BOLs currently dispatched onto a Trip, but not yet in transit.
- Green / In Transit - BOLs actively in Transit with a Driver.
- Maroon/At Split - BOLs in an At Split status.
- Blue / Delivered - BOLs that have already been reported as Delivered by your Driver.
- Red / Cancelled - BOLs that are Cancelled.
