At Split Status for a BOL

This article will introduce and explain the At Split BOL Status feature. You will now see a new Status and color in Dispatching. The Order Search feature allows you to filter this status as well.

IMPORTANT: BEFORE a BOL can reflect an "AT SPLIT" status, it must meet two criteria:       1- BOL needs to be Split   AND   2- Driver delivered to the Split location

Quick Look:

Split Status Feature 

• Daily Work > Dispatching
• Notice "At Split" Status  
• BOL window > "At Stop" location

 

Order Search 

• Home Screen > Order Search
• Status > At Split
• Submit 

Notice: If you do not see the new status in the legend, Ctrl+Shift+R on your keyboard to clear.

 

Split Status Feature

1. From Daily Work select Dispatching.

2. Notice the new "At Split" status is dark red in color in the legend.

3. The same dark red color also aligns the BOL's in a Split Status, and an "At Stop" appears in the window, indicating where the load currently is.

Order Search

1. From the Home Screen select Order Search.

2. Select Status, click the drop-down arrow then select At Split.

a. Select search perimeters as needed in this window i.e.: Estimated pickup, Created, Descending, etc.

3. Click Submit for search. Click Clear to clear search and Cancel to cancel all together.
