Change Next BOL Sequence

This article will explain how to use the Change Next BOL function. The purpose of this function is to change the number of the next BOL to be created in your system. By doing so, the next BOL will begin with the specific number you choose, and every BOL created afterwards will follow that number order sequence.

Note: The BOL number field populates 8 digits (numbers only), you can choose any number you would like to change the next sequence to, however if it is less than 8 digits, zero's will populate in the field before the number(s) you entered.

Quick Look:

• Start at "Settings" > Select "Change Next BOL"
• Enter next BOL number
• Click "Save"

Change Next BOL

1. Begin at Settings then select Change Next BOL.

a. This opens the Next BOL Number screen, the field is populated with the number your system currently has in sequence next:

2. Next, delete the existing number then enter the next BOL number of your choice.

3. Last, click the Save button.
