This article will explain how you can switch your Inquiry (Inactive) Trips to an Active status. This will only need to be done when you have completed your Trip and need to move on to the next Trip before dispatch can close the current Trip you have just finished.

Note: There can only be one Active Trip at a time available on your mobile device.
Quick Look:
- From Pickup/Delivery screen > Tap on "Trip" button
- Tap on "Inquiry" Trip > Tap on "Set Trip Active"
- "Are you sure?" > Tap "Yes"
Switch your Active Trips
1. Tap on the Trip button.
2. Tap on the Trip you want to change from an Inquiry status to an Active status.
3. Tap on the Set Trip Active button.
4. Tap on the Yes button of Set Trip Active (tapping "No" leaves it in an Inquiry status).
a. The Trip is now in an Active status and appears in your Pickup/Delivery screen.
