Basic Pickup/Delivery Workflow

This article will explain the Pickup and Delivery workflow in quick basic steps.

Quick Look:

Pickup Workflow

• Read Trip Notes (if any)  > Tap Pickup Location
• Read Stop Notes (if any) > Tap Pickup line
• Tap "Arrive" > Select VIN > Store Photos, etc. (as needed)
• Tap "Load" > Enter "Load Vehicle" info > Tap "Save"
• "Confirm Loaded" > Tap "Yes"
• Acknowledge "Photos/Documents" Sent > Tap "OK"
• "Ready to Sign" > "Yes"
• Acknowledge "Terms of Service" > Collect Signatures and save
• "Confirm Outgate" > Tap "Yes"
• "Notice: Outgate Completed" > Tap "OK"

Delivery Workflow

• Tap Delivery Location > Tap "Arrive"
• Read Stop Notes (if any) > Select VIN 
• Store Photos, etc. (as needed) > Tap "Unload"    
• Enter "Unload Vehicle" info > Tap "Save"
• "Confirm Delivered" > Tap "Yes"
• Acknowledge "Photos/Documents" sent (if any) > Tap "Yes"
•  Unloading Completed: "Ready to Sign" > Tap "Yes"
• Acknowledge "Terms of Service" > Collect Signatures
• Save Signatures > "Confirm Outgate" > Tap "Yes"
• "Notice: Outgate Completed" > Tap "OK"

Pickup Workflow

 1. Once Driver is signed in, read Trip Notes if any, then tap on Pickup location. 

2. Read Stop Notes if any. Tap on Arrive button.

3. Tap on VIN for Pickup. 

4. Store Photos, Markup Photos, etc. as needed, tap on Load button when ready to load.

5. Store pertinent information (as needed) tap the Save button when vehicle is loaded.

6. Confirm ALL vehicles are loaded by tapping the Yes button.

7. Acknowledge Photos and Documents sent (if any). Confirm Loading Completed/Ready to Sign, by tapping the Yes button.

8. Once ready to leave, read Terms of Service, then collect Signatures and save.

9. Confirm Outgate by tapping the Yes button.

10. Confirm Outgate Completed by tapping on OK button.

The Pickup is now completed 

Delivery Workflow

1. Once Driver arrives tap on the Delivery location.

2. Acknowledge any Inspection notice or Stop Notes, then tap on Arrive.

3. Tap on VIN to Deliver.

4. Store Photos, Markup Photos, etc. as needed, then tap on Unload button.

5. Store pertinent information (as needed) tap the Save button when vehicle is unloaded.

6. Confirm ALL vehicles are delivered by tapping on Yes button.

7. Acknowledge Photos and Documents sent, if any. Confirm Unloading Completed/Ready to Sign, by tapping on Yes button.

8. Once ready to leave, read Terms of Service, then collect Signatures and save.

9. Confirm Outgate by tapping on Yes button.

10. Outgate is Completed, tap on OK button.

The Delivery is now completed
