Where do I Find GoPhore Tracking Number?

This article will explain where you can find a GoPhore Tracking Number. There are several places to locate this number, those are: the BOL Order Entry screen, CSCL Email Notifications, and last, from the pdf Printed/Emailed BOLs, these are all described below.

Quick Look:

BOL Order Entry Screen

• From "Daily Work" > select "Dispatching"
• At "BOLs" tab > locate BOL > click "Edit"
• At "Order Entry" screen > BOL section > View Tracking Number

CSCL Email Notifications

• Start at your Email box > Open CSCL Notification
• Click "Track Your Vehicle" > Tracking Number in Address Bar

Printed/Emails BOLs

• From "Daily Work" > Select "Dispatching"
• At "BOLs" tab > locate BOL >click "Print/Email"
• When Printing: At "BOL type" > Select "Straight BOL"
• Click "Ok" > PDF opens in new tab > View Tracking Number 
• Click on "Track @ GoPhoreTracking.com" > accesses GoPhore Tracking
• When Emailing: At "BOL type" > Select "Straight BOL"
• Click "Email BOL?" > Enter Email Address > click "Ok"  
• Open Email box > Open CSCL Notification  
• Open PDF > View Tracking Number
• Click on "Track @ GoPhoreTracking.com" > access GoPhore Tracking

Note: Tracking Numbers appear on Straight BOLs by default. They may be accessed in Short BOL's and Rail BOL's by your preference. Please contact us to accommodate your preference.

BOL Order Entry Screen

1. Beginning at Daily Work, select Dispatching.

2.  From the BOLs tab, hover over BOL you need, click the Edit button.

• For New BOLs, skip to step 3.

3. Navigate to the Order Entry window, BOL section of the screen, the Tracking Number is in the Tracking Number field:

CSCL Email Notifications

Tip: Click on the Track @ GoPhoreTracking.com  (in either view) to be routed directly to GoPhore Tracking.

1. Start by navigating to the Email box that receives CSCL Email Notifications.

2. Access the Email, then click on the Track Your Vehicle button in the body of the email. 

a. Tracking Number is located in the address bar of the GoPhore Tracking document.

Printed/Emailed BOLs

Reminder: Tracking Numbers appear on Straight BOLs by default. They may be accessed in Short BOL's and Rail BOL's by your preference. Please contact us to accommodate your preference.

1. Beginning at Daily Work, select Dispatching.

2.  From the Loads tab, hover over BOL you need, click on the Print/Email button.

3. From BOL Type select a Straight BOL then click the Ok button. 

a. PDF file opens in a new tab, view Tracking Number in the PDF Print screen. Click directly on Track @ GoPhoreTracking.com to access GoPhore Tracking.

4. For the Email option, click the Email BOL checkbox, enter Email address, then click OK button.

5. Access the Email box, open the attached PDF document, then access the Tracking Number.

a. PDF file is in view Tracking Number is on the document. Click directly on the Track @ GophoreTracking.com to access GoPhore Tracking.
